Refreshing from his party this year hosting the Primetime Emmys, comedian and veteran of “SNL” Kenan Thompson He’s back on stage Thursday night in Atlanta, as the thirteenth edition of “Kenan Delivers the Ultimate Comedy Show” kicks off — this time with some new technological wrinkles.
The stand-up comedy quest, which began at the Atlanta Comedy Theater September 22, follows Thompson as he explores talented adult and child comedians in more than 50 cities. Among the new items, across the country (more than 50 major cities).
Thompson has teamed up with Rendered Talent to include a virtual reality option for participants to participate in the metaverse through the “Failed To Render Comedy Club.” In addition, Thompson has partnered with Proto to be able to join live performances through the metaverse as a digital hologram, and attend exhibitions digitally to accommodate his busy schedule via the Proto 4K hologram.
After the Atlanta premiere, the next major city fair will be held in Chicago on October 5.

Production started Toby The original movie “Spread” starred Elizabeth Gillies, Harvey Keitel, Diedrich Bader, Brian Craig, Terry Polo, Blake Harrison, Tim Roseon and Keith Walker. The film is taken from Cartel Pictures and is scheduled to premiere in 2023.
Gillis plays an aspiring journalist who gets a temporary job at an adult magazine run by an aging king of industry, played by Keitel, grappling with her ideals as she works to help the company succeed. The film is directed by Ellie Kanner, written and co-produced by Buffy Sharlet, as well as stars Dia Frampton, Jonah Platt and Diora Bird.
The plot is inspired by screenwriter Charlett’s real-life experience as a temporary employee at Hustler magazine, where she eventually rose to become an editor, and is produced by Gillies, and produced by Stan Spry, Eric Scott Woods, and Graem Luis.
TheGrio has announced that “Masters of the Game” will premiere on Friday, September 30 at 8 PM EST/PT and will air the original episodes every last Friday of the month on TheGrio cable channel. Writer and journalist Tori hosts one-on-one talks on each episode, and first guests will feature tennis star Frances Tiafoe in his first full length interview since the US Open and first-ever black female NFL coach Jennifer King.
Future guests on the show will include director Tyler Perry, NBA coach Doc Rivers and Debbie Allen, among others. The show is executive produced by Cash Alexander. Christina Faith also directs and produces.
Canela Media has announced that its new documentary series “Mi Vida,” its second original project featuring celebrity direct stories about their lives, will premiere on November 10.
The first part of the documentary series will air in 2022, and Kate del Castillo will feature in the first episode, with four additional episodes released per week before the end of the year. The second part, consisting of five additional episodes, will premiere in the first quarter of 2023. In addition to del Castillo, other stars who will appear in “Mi Vida” episodes include Manolo Cardona, Ludwica Paletta, Gincarlos Canela, Julian Gill, and Roslin. Sanchez, Guy Ecker, Gabe Espino and Danny Trejo.
The ten-episode series was produced by Canela Media in partnership with JK Media Group.
Crackle Plus’ original series “Wedding Talk” with hosts Tara Lipinski, Jose Rollon and Geoff Meyer will begin on October 13 on the streaming service. It will be available exclusively on the Chicken Soup for the Soul and Crackle ad-supported streaming apps, as well as Chicken Soup for the ad-supported Soul TV channel.
Olympic gold medalist and commentator Lipinski will switch from sport to fashion, discussing all about weddings with wedding planner Jose Rollon and leading wedding designer Geoff Meyer during each 30-minute episode of “Wedding Talk.”
